Service Description
Best package for saving time and trying to see if your windows are still in the frames. This package is great way to brighten your home and sink in the views as if your windows were brand new. Starting with the exterior windows, we scrub off all the grime nature could throw at them weather it be dust hard water or paint speckles and finish it off on the interior making sure to get all of fido's nose boops off the window as well as hand prints and tape from holiday decorations that linger. For our interior and exterior package we charge $5 per pane $3.00 for the exterior and $2 for the interior with a discount for exterior cleaning and an our satisfaction guarantee if you have any window that don't live up to out standard we'll come back and re-wash them free of charge!
Cancellation Policy
At Wallaroo Windows, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure a smooth booking process for our valued clients. Please review our booking and cancellation policy below: Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of $25 is required to secure your window cleaning appointment. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of the service. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. By canceling within this timeframe, you will retain the booking fee as credit towards a future appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the $25 booking fee. Service Process: Exterior Window Cleaning: For exterior window cleaning, it is not necessary for anyone to be home. Our skilled team can efficiently and safely clean the exterior windows of your property without requiring your presence. Convenient Invoice Process: Once the window cleaning service is completed, we will promptly send you an invoice over the phone. This convenient process allows for easy payment and ensures a hassle-free experience for our clients. Rain Guarantee: At Wallaroo Windows, we understand that unexpected weather conditions can impact the cleanliness of your windows. Therefore, we offer a one-week rain guarantee for our exterior window cleaning service. Here's how it works: Rain Guarantee Period: If it rains within one week of your window cleaning service, and the rain negatively affects the appearance of the windows, simply notify us. Weekly Rain Repairs: Every Saturday, we allocate time to rewash any windows affected by the elements during the rain guarantee period. Our team will revisit your property to ensure that any windows impacted by rain are re-cleaned, providing you with peace of mind and the highest level of customer satisfaction.
